Prices and quality is generally good, with a lot of products on offer. As well as food they also stock electronic equipment and household items.
Parknshop is Hong Kong's entry into the mainland's supermarkets, being backed by the same company that also owns Watsons.
They have large stores with a wide selection of good, reasonably priced products. Like most giant superstores they also stock non-food items such as electronic goods and household equipment.
Generally at the lower end of the supermarket chain, Trust Mart are cheap and cheerful Chinese chain. They have a decent selection of products at reasonable prices. Imported foods are scarce. Breads are poor, vegetables are good, and they do stock lots of household items.
