Dear Sirs
I am a British citizen currently living and working (teaching English) in Zhengzhou, Henan, China. I have been here for approximately three months now and the company that recruited me has requested that I register with the British Embassy in China. The internet link which they sent me is invalid so I found your details online. Do you require me do register with you or can you send me the contact details for the place where I am supposed to register?

This website is not associated with the embassy in any way and we are just reporting its address as a source of information. You should contact the embassy directly and see if they can help.

I wonder whether you can clarify the following. We have been told that Chinese Employers by Law must provide home passage for foreign experts at the end of their contracts. Can you confirm whether this is your understanding of the matter?

i m RAJ from shenzhen china , i m satying here with my astralian wife . i want to apply for UK tourist visa , for HONEYMOON. As my wife is asutralain citizen,so, she dotn require visa for UK, We both are ahving one year multiple visa for china and are waiting for my AUSTRALIAN IMMIGARTION.Please tell me can i apply for tourist visa to uk while i m in china on tourist visa....

My passport requires renewal in January 2008.
I want to travel to Thailand this week, and I need to know is my passport still valid with less than 6 months to run? I would also like to know how long will a renewal take from office if I came there? Best regards,
